    Health Pass, Vaccination Pass & Covid 19 info

    Question : Is the vaccination pass or health pass compulsory to use our ski lifts this winter ?

    Answer : The vaccination pass is no longer required for access to the ski lifts. As a result, it is no longer compulsory for staff.Wearing a mask will no longer be mandatory but is still recommended in "closed" ski lifts (cable cars, funiculars, etc.) and waiting areas

    Le Club Privé

    Question : What is the “Club Privé” and how to be part of it ?

    Answer : If you are a customer of the Compagnie du Mont Blanc and have purchased a CHAMONIX Le Pass, Les Houches or MONT BLANC Unlimited season or annual pass in the last year 2021-2022, you are automatically part of our “Club Privé”. Promotional sales are made on our website. Rates are not applicable at the ticket-desks.

    Question : Who can benefit from the super promo ?

    Answer : If you are a customer of the Compagnie du Mont Blanc and have purchased a CHAMONIX Le Pass, Les Houches or MONT BLANC Unlimited season or annual pass in the last year 2021-2022, you are automatically part of our “Club Privé”

    Question : I missed the super promo from 30th september to 10th October 2022, what do I do ?

    Answer : Promotion periods are not extended; you must respect the sales periods (rates are not applicable at the ticket-desks). We regularly send reminders by email. If you do not receive our emails :

    • Are you trying to buy ? if yes, please check your spam folder.

    Magnetic card & hands-free badge & WTP

    Question : : What is the magnetic card, hands-free card or WTP ?

    Answer : This magnetic or hands-free card is mandatory to make your purchase. It is charged 3€. It is non-refundable. If you already have a hands-free card, you can recharge it online on our website and at the ticket-desks, please note the internet number in capital letters on your card. The card consists of a series of: 8 characters -3 characters -3 characters (never with the letter O, but the number 0).

    Question : I lost my pass ?

    Answer : You have the option to go to the ticket-desks and declare the loss of your pass. The cost of a hands-free badge, excluding re-printing fees, is €3.
    The hands-free badge will also be offered when purchasing online (charged at €3 per badge, non refundable).

    Question : My pass has been left in Chamonix and I do not know my WTP number to recharge it online ?

    Answer : Our customer service is available 7 days a week by phone (04 50 53 22 75) or by email info@compagniedumontblanc.fr
    You also have the possibility to buy online your hands-free badge (3€) when you buy your pass in presale (payment online with your skipass, the old hands-free badge will not be refunded).

    Question : What is a WTP number ?

    Answer : A WTP number is the number that is written on your magnetic card. It consists of a series of: 8 characters -3 characters -3 characters (never letter O, but the number 0). Each card has its own unique number.

    Question : Why is my WTP/Internet number not accepted ?

    Answer : There may be different error messages preventing your WTP/Internet number from being taken into account :

    • "Invalid card number": the letter O does not exist in our system, it is always the number 0
    • "This person already has a pass for this period": your hands-free card already has a pass assigned which you will find in your basket. You can modify or delete a package by clicking on the My Basket icon.
    • "Skier already exists": the hands-free card is already linked to another customer account. It is necessary to delete it from the other customer account, in order to add it back in to the new customer account.
    • Error message: the card (or internet number) is not allowed please check the details entered or contact customer service

    Question : The card numbers shown on the website, when I make my purchase, are not the same as those in my possession.

    Answer : Your customer account keeps a history of the hands-free cards used. During your purchase the number entered must IMPERATIVELY be the one you have in your possession otherwise your pass will not work.     Online purchase

    Question : I don't have a promo code how do I confirm my purchase ?

    Answer : When validating your basket, you have the option to benefit from a discount, thanks to a promo code. If you do not have one, please continue your purchase by clicking on CONFIRM MY BASKET.

    Question : Where can I get help or support for my purchase ?

    Answer : Our customer service is available 7 days a week by phone (04 50 53 22 75) or by email info@compagniedumontblanc.fr. Also, during our pass presales from 30th september until 10th October 2022 (offer reserved for our “Club Privé”), a dedicated desk will be located on the plaza of the Aiguille du Midi (Point I) welcoming you on 30th september - 01 - 02- 07- 08 -09 - 10th of octer 2022 from 10:00 to 18:00.

    Question : How does “pay in 3 instalments, without charges” work ?

    Answer : Our season or annual passes, during our promotional sales periods, benefit from a “pay in 3 instalments, without charges” option. The dates of the payments are :

    • 50% on the day of purchase
    • then 25% on 10/01 then 25% on 10/02.
    Note : AMEX and VISA ELECTRON not accepted. Your credit card must expire after February 2023 in order to benefit from the “pay in 3 instalments without charges” option.

    Question : What is 3D secure and how does it work ?

    Answer : The 3D Secure system is an online payment security system, created by the international issuers Visa and MasterCard and implemented in France in 2008. This is a cardholder authentication procedure, to ensure that it is the cardholder who is making the payment on the internet.

    Question : How do I get an invoice ?

    Answer : You can print your invoice from the ‘my account’ area (MY ORDERS / MY RESERVATIONS tab) and then by clicking on PRINT INVOICE.

    Question : I don't receive your emails, why ?

    Answer : If you do not receive our emails :

    • Are you trying to buy? Please check your spam, or have you changed your email address or have you checked the mailbox used when you made your purchase in 2021 ?

    Question : I do not see promotional offers in the ‘my account’ area, what do I do ?

    Answer : This is completely normal. Promotional offers are sent by email with a specific link. If you do not receive our emails :

    • Are you trying to buy? Please check your spam, or have you changed your email address or have you checked the mailbox used when you made your purchase in 2021 ?

    Question : How do I contact an agent ?

    Question : I'm having a problem logging into ‘my account’ ?

    Answer : You are having trouble logging into your account, do you have a customer account on our website www.montblancnaturalresort.com ? If yes: log in or click on "Forgot your password". If you do not have an account, please create one with a valid email address. The password must contain at least 9 characters which must include numbers and special characters. Our customer service is also available by email info@compagniedumontblanc.fr as well as by phone 04 50 53 22 75.

    Question : I lost my password, what do I do ?

    Answer : Enter your email address and click on "forgot password". You will receive your password in your mailbox within a minute. Remember to check your spam if the email does not arrive.

    Question : My email / postal address has changed, what do I do ?

    Answer : By logging into your account (email & password), you can change all your personal information.

    Question : I made my purchase online; can I pick it up at the terminals in resort ?

    Answer : Yes, by choosing the pick-up onsite option, you will be able to collect your order at one of our pick-up boxes. See pick-up points Click here. Please note that this collection option is not available for special rates.

    Question : What payment method can I use when ordering online ?

    Answer : Payment is made by credit card only (except Amex and Electron) and Chèques Vacances connect.

    Question : What type of photo can I use ?

    Answer : The photo must be recent, in focus and front-facing. The head must be uncovered without any covering (hat, beanie, cap ...) nor sunglasses; like for passports.

    The MONT BLANC Unlimited Pass

    Question : What is the area covered by the MONT BLANC Unlimited pass ?

    3 EXCURSION SITES + 10 SKI AREAS. 1003 km of piste.
    Access to the excursion sites and ski areas of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, Les Houches Saint-Gervais, Megève-Evasion Mont Blanc, Courmayeur (Italy) (subject to conditions). Skyway (Italy) (subject to conditions). Verbier - 4 Vallées Mont-Fort 3330 (depending on conditions) (Switzerland)& Crans Montana (subject to conditions). Attention: Our domains and sites are not connected, except Brévent - Flégère. The purchase of the MONT BLANC Unlimited package allows you to discover all or part of our territory (depending on the duration of your ticket). 3 excursion sites: Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers - Mer de Glace and Mont-Blanc Tramway.     Answer : We offer annual insurance for sale. The purchase is made at the ticket-desks only. Individual policy, one skier insurance: 1 person 72€. Annual group insurance (3 to 6 people) 188€.

    • All the information is on : assurensport.com : ear-round sports insurance; for all sports... winter / summer. Insurance is valid for 12 months from the date of registration on assurensport.com

    Question : What dates is my season pass valid for ?

    Answer : Your season pass is valid from the date of your pass purchase until 31st May, 2023.

    Question : What dates is my annual pass valid for ?

    Answer : Your annual pass is valid from the date of your pass purchase until 30th November, 2023.

    The CHAMONIX Le Pass

    Question :What is the area covered by the MONT BLANC Unlimited pass ?

    Answer :Your pass in brief :
    ONE SINGLE PASS, 100% SKIING. 104 km of piste.
    The CHAMONIX Le Pass package opens the doors to all the Chamonix ski areas (outside the summit of the Grands Montets) for pleasure skiing on slopes between 1000 and 2765m above sea level. Attention: Our domains and sites are not connected, except Brévent - Flégère. The purchase of the CHAMONIX Le Pass package allows you to discover all or part of our territory (depending on the duration of your ticket). Ski resorts of Chamonix: Brévent-Flégère, Grands Montets (Top currently closed), Balme - Le Tour - Vallorcine. Beginner areas: La Vormaine, Les Chosalets, Le Savoy, Plateau 2000 (Planpraz), Plateau de Lognan and Les Planards.

    MONT BLANC RapidCard Subscriber

    Question : I am a MONT BLANC RapidCard subscriber and I want to get an annual pass this year ?

    Answer : You can benefit from the promotion valid from 30/9/2022 2022 if you have a MONT BLANC RapidCard membership purchased between 01/12/2021 and 31/05/2022. You can enter your MONT BLANC RapidCard hands-free card number online when you purchase an annual pass.
    NOTE: you will have to cancel your MONT BLANC RapidCard subscription. Cancellation is not automatic. You can cancel your subscription from the ‘my account / contacts – my cards area’ and then click on CANCEL.

    Les Houches skipass

    Question : Purchase of a season or annual pass for Les Houches ?

    Question : What dates is my season pass valid for ?

    Answer : Your season pass is valid from the date of your pass purchase until 10th April, 2023 (ski area closure).

    Question : What dates is my annual pass valid for ?

    Answer :Your annual pass is valid from the date of your pass purchase until mid of September, 2023 (summer area closure, dates not known at this time).

    Special rates

    Question : Who is the Couples/Duo pack for ?

    Answer : The Couples/Duo rate is for 2 adults aged 25 and over. This category of pack is only offered as part of the “Club Privé”.

    Question : Senior Passes 75yrs & over

    Answer : We offer day, week, season, and annual packages for people aged 75 and over. Note: purchase to be made at the ticket-desks (except season/annual passes: purchase made online) and you will have to present proof of age (identity card / passport).     Question : What is the mountain pro pass price ?

    Answer : On September, we will contact 2021-2022 customers who have a mountain pro pass, for whom we had a valid email address. You may also get the details from your respective “mountain professional” organisation, that may have received the information instead. Our customer service is also available by email info@compagniedumontblanc.fr as well as by phone 04 50 53 22 75.

    Question : What is the family rate ?

    Answer : For day or week rates, the family rate (more precisely called the “Tribu pack”) is composed of 2 adults (15-64 years) + 2 young people (5-14 years). In the case of a single-parent family the family rate can be applied if the family is composed of at least 1 adult and 3 children, one of the children switches to the adult category to be able to benefit from the pack.

    Question : Why are the under 5-year-olds (toddlers) passes not available on the Internet ?

    Answer : The toddler pass is available at the ticket-desks only, upon presentation of proof of age.

    Question : Do you have a student package ?

    Answer : For students there is the MONT BLANC RapidCard option. Online subscription. Please find the information here https://www.montblancrapidcard.com/en/. We do not offer other student rates.

    Question : Do you have a package for job seekers ?

    Answer : We do not have a specific rate for job seekers.
